As a Senior QA Engineer at Shape, you'll take the helm in upholding the highest quality standards within our projects. You will be pivotal in driving and implementing effective QA strategies and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

AS OUR SENIOR QA ENGINEER, YOU WILL...

  1. Contribute to continuous improvement and development of our QA processes.
  2. Provide quality leadership and guidance on all QMS matters.
  3. Provide process and technical leadership in the development of test strategies across our portfolio of apps.
  4. Engage with Principal Engineers and accelerate the adoption of the quality-aimed practices across all teams.
  5. Maintain knowledge of trends, innovations, and advances in both testing and quality technology and techniques.
  6. Represent testing perspectives to business and wider stakeholders and promote quality across the whole organization.
  7. Engage with the QA team to provide guidance and mentorship.
  8. Collaborate with the commercial team to strengthen QA as part of our offering.

WORKING HOURS, SALARY, AND SPECIFICATIONS
Full-time, 37.5 hours a week. This is a Copenhagen-based, on-site position with flexible remote work possibilities. English proficiency is a must. Danish language skills are not expected.

WORKING AT SHAPE
A competitive salary in accordance with experience and capabilities. We are organized with a very flat hierarchy without unnecessary project managers, but with team leads who also have technical backgrounds. Our office is located in Islands Brygge close to public transportation and the harbor, where both summertime and wintertime swimming is enjoyed. The headquarters offers a modern aesthetic, a comfy lounge area, and plenty of fun activities such as PlayStation tournaments, board game nights, family LEGO days, robot wars, and much more. Our team is very international and so far includes people from over 30 different countries. Our company language is English. A couple of times each year we press pause on our daily projects and retrieve to a remote location. We get together for socialising and hacking on side projects - we call this Shape Weekend.
