Skills Required:

1. Relationship management: Managing customer engagement working for a medium to large customer. Includes developing relationships, identifying opportunities, creating value-based growth for the organization.
2. Stakeholder management: Engaging with stakeholders related to delivery and commercial discussions including but not limited to Customer Delivery leads, Customer Sr Management, Customer's Procurement team, another vendor in the ecosystem.
3. Delivery: Experience with leading at least two medium-to-large deliveries, preferably on core Digital products or ERP or CRM.
4. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics will create additional value.

The candidate should be able to:

• Manage end-to-end deliverables related to an engagement including engagement planning, financial planning. Getting involved in planning and execution.
• Manage, update & keep track of engagement progress, finances and spend to report the same to relevant stakeholders (i.e. Director, VP, CIO, CISO) on regular basis.
• Vendor management – Work on other vendors in the ecosystem to deliver value to Customer.
• Financial planning – Drive the annual planning/budgeting exercise with inputs from relevant stakeholders.
• Risk/dependency assessment – Identify and assess the risks/dependencies associated with program to ensure their mitigation strategies are effective.
• New Proposals: Independently drive and work on new proposals.
• Commercial Documentation: Have hands-on experience drafting commercial documents.
• Escalation handling: Manage escalations, provide guidance/solutions and work towards continuous improvements leading to avoidance on escalations.
• Data analysis – Work with team ensuring KPIs/SLAs is documented. Do continuous analysis on how to improve.
• Publish engagement level reports and executive summaries on regular basis and based upon leadership demand.
