Så er det måske dig, vi leder efter til stillingen som Account Executive hos Byggefakta.
Som Account Executive bliver din primære opgave at drive nysalg gennem rådgivning – særligt rettet mod rådgiversegmentet. Som ambassadør for Byggefaktas digitale produkter bliver du ansvarlig for hele salgsprocessen fra den indledende kontakt til den endelige aftale. Dine opgaver inkluderer dybdegående behovsafdækning og 360 graders samtaler for at sikre, at de løsninger, du tilbyder, er skræddersyede og fuldt ud møder kundens behov. Du vil være frontfigur for Byggefakta, når du skal udvikle og vedligeholde langvarige kunderelationer gennem din ekspertise og rådgivning, hvilket giver dig muligheden for at sætte et markant præg på både branchen og virksomheden.
Som en del af Byggefakta vil du opleve et aktivt og socialt arbejdsmiljø, hvor du kan se frem til gode personalefordele, en lækker frokostordning samt en masse sjove aktiviteter arrangeret af virksomhedens Kulturministerium. Din daglige gang bliver på kontoret nær Glostrup Station, men der vil også være dage med kundemøder ude af huset.
Dine arbejdsopgaver- Rådgivning og nysalg af software rettet mod rådgiversegmentet.
- Behovsafdækning og 360 graders samtaler for at sikre skræddersyede løsninger til kunderne.
- Stakeholder management både internt og eksternt.
- Skabe positive kunderelationer gennem professionelle kundemøder.
- Selvstændigt budgetansvar og håndtering af salgsprocessen fra A til Z.
- Professionel leadgenerering og effektiv forhandling på kundemøder.
- Du har erfaring med B2B-salg til rådgiversegmentet - hvis du har solgt digitale produkter, er det en klar fordel.
- Du er vant til at arbejde med længere salgscyklusser.
- Du har et stærkt drive og får energi af at opsøge nye salgsmuligheder.
- Du er passioneret omkring digitale løsninger og forstår deres værdi i byggebranchen.
- Du har en god datadisciplin samt erfaring med CRM-systemer og Microsoft Office.
- Du har en proaktiv tilgang til dit arbejde og kan planlægge din egen arbejdsdag.
- Du er en holdspiller, der forstår, at resultater bedst skabes i fællesskab.
- Du kommunikerer flydende på dansk og engelsk både skriftligt og mundtligt.
- Du drives af at skabe resultater og har en naturlig evne til at opbygge og vedligeholde relationer med kunder.
