Jobbeskrivelse Som vores nye produktionsassistent vil du spille en nøglerolle i at hjælpe os med at holde vores forsyningskæde kørende. Du bliver en vigtig brik i at sikre, at vores data er korrekte, vores lagerstyring er opdateret, og at vores kommunikation med fabrikkerne forløber gnidningsfrit. Arbejdsopgaver: - Dataindtastning i ERP-system: Indkøbsordrer, oprettelse af nye varer, varemodtagelse, godkendelse af fakturaer og andre opgaver. - Gennemgang af leveringsdatoer fra leverandører og opdatering i ERP-systemet. - Kommunikation med partnere i Japan, Korea samt lande i Europa. - Assistere vores Sr. Production Coordinator med daglige opgaver relateret til nye lanceringer, lagerstyring, fakturaer og andet forefaldende arbejde. - Kommunikation med andre afdelinger vedrørende designs, leveringer og andre emner. Kvalifikationer & Kompetencer: - Du kommunikerer klart og tydeligt og kommer godt ud af det med andre. - Du sætter en ære i at få detaljerne på plads, især når det gælder indtastning og data. - Du er god til at overholde deadlines og kan have flere bolde i luften uden at miste overblikket. - Du har en positiv indstilling til at lære nye ting og har ikke noget imod at skifte opgave, hvis dagen kræver det. - Du trives i et tempofyldt miljø med en proaktiv tilgang og et 'growth mindset' i forhold til problemløsning. - Dansk og engelsk på højt niveau i både skrift og tale. - Kyndig i generel it-brug med evnen til hurtigt at lære nye programmer og applikationer. - Stærke kompetencer i Microsoft Excel. Det er en fordel, hvis du har: - Forståelse for ERP (Microsoft Dynamics AX2009 og/eller Odoo). - Erfaring med brug af numerisk tastatur (Numeric 10-key). Our products are sold across Europe, the US, and in more than 50 countries worldwide. Based in our office in Christianshavn – just a few minutes from the metro – we’re looking for a reliable and dedicated new colleague to support the daily operations of our production department. The Role: As our new Production Assistant, you’ll play a key role in keeping our supply chain running smoothly. You will be a vital part of ensuring our data is accurate, our inventory is up to date, and our communication with factories is seamless. Your main tasks: - ERP Data Management: Handling purchase orders, creating new items, receiving goods, approving invoices, and other administrative tasks. - Delivery Tracking: Reviewing delivery dates from suppliers and updating the system. - Communication: Keeping in touch with our partners in Japan, Korea, and Europe. - Support: Assisting our Sr. Production Coordinator with daily tasks related to new launches, stock management, and various ad-hoc projects. - Internal Coordination: Communicating with other departments regarding designs, deliveries, and logistics. Who are you? - You are a clear communicator who gets along well with others. - You take pride in getting the details right, especially when it comes to data entry. - You’re good at handling deadlines and can keep track of several things at once without losing your cool. - You have a positive attitude toward learning new things and don’t mind switching gears when the day calls for it. - You thrive in a fast-paced environment with a proactive approach and a "growth mindset" when it comes to problem-solving. - You speak and write Danish and English at a high level. - You are tech-savvy and quick to pick up new software and apps. - You are a solid Microsoft Excel user. It’s a plus if you have: - Experience with ERP systems (like Microsoft Dynamics AX2009 or Odoo). - Experience using a numeric keypad (10-key).
