In this role, you'll focus on outbound sales and account management. You'll be selling our cutting-edge lead generation services to consumer service providers (telecom, energy, insurance, and more) as part of a newly launched business vertical. Karman Connect was founded as a Fintech company in 2014, quickly becoming one of the biggest aggregators in the Nordics. We won Børsen's Gazelle for fastest growing company in Region Midtjylland in 2019 with 2,054 %. Our core has always been data-driven, which is a focus that has escalated in recent years. In 2024, we branched out into new verticals focusing on lead generation in the utility service sector.

What you will do

- Prospect & Outreach: Identify and conduct outreach to marketing professionals (telecom, energy, insurance, etc.) to generate new business opportunities.
- Sell a great product: Our product is "no-cure-no-pay", which will make it easier for you to onboard new clients. Furthermore, Karman Connect is best in class in terms of adapting our product to tailor-fit our client's needs.
- Client Engagement: Engage potential clients via calls, emails, and online meetings to introduce and pitch our lead generation services.
- Full Sales Cycle: Manage the entire sales process from initial prospecting to closing deals, including onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth handoff.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to foster long-term partnerships.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, and management) to share feedback and refine our sales strategies.
- Goals & CRM: Consistently achieve (and exceed) your sales targets while keeping our CRM system up to date with all activities and pipeline progress.

Who you are

- Driven: You are a driven and ambitious person, who can work independently but still is a team player
- Experience: At least 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in outbound sales or account management.
- Communication & Negotiation: Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers effectively.
- Business acumen: You have a well-developed sense of business and have a flair for spotting new opportunities.
- Proactive & Dependable: You are a proactive and dependable person
- Language Skills: Fluent in English (Danish or other European languages are a plus).
