Backend .net developer with strong skills in creating reusable solutions

In Group IT, we implement, support, and develop IT systems that optimize logistics solutions and enhance our and our customers’ digital strategies.
You’ll work with engaged colleagues across the Nordic countries, and the Philippines to deliver robust, structured solutions. Your role will be instrumental in transforming our current landscape into more streamlined, maintainable, and adaptable codebases.
You will play a key role in shaping your work while being involved in the entire development lifecycle, from concept to implementation. This demands a strong sense of responsibility, the ability to prioritize effectively, and a comprehensive overview to ensure the successful execution of your assigned tasks.
You’ll also play a critical role in ensuring coding standards and structures are followed and are kept up-to-date.
About the position
This position is located in Glostrup, Denmark. While much of the daily communication in the office is in Danish, fluent English is essential as you’ll collaborate with the team in Cebu, Philippines. Hybrid work is an option if desired.
You will join a team where the Danish office takes the lead on strategic development and provides guidance to ensure smooth collaboration with colleagues. Your role includes mentoring the team, performing code reviews, and promoting best practices. Additionally, you’ll work closely with both local and global teams on development projects.
Who are you?
- Experienced in building structured, clean, maintainable code
- Experience with well-tested patterns/principals like Domain driven or SOLID
- Minimum 5 years of experience developing .NET backend solutions professionally
- Ability to balance working in teams and independently
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Experience in the logistics industry is an advantage
- Experience in Azure Devops Build pipelines, and Kubernetes is an advantage
