Danicalinjen er en del af det kommercielle forretningsområde i Danica. Med ca. 1 mio. kunder og 450 mia. kr. under forvaltning er Danica et af Nordens største pensionsselskaber, og en del af Danske Bank-koncernen. Vi arbejder hver dag for at gøre en forskel, når det kommer til at støtte vores kunder i økonomisk tryghed, sætte fart på den grønne omstilling og nedbringe sygefraværet i Danmark gennem vores sundhedsløsninger.

Rådgiver i Linjen – en hverdag med mål og mening

Som rådgiver i Danicalinjen bliver du en del af ét af vores 4 teams, som sammen sikrer, at vi leverer en tilfredsstillende tilgængelighed samt yder en kompetent og tryghedsskabende rådgivning for vores kunder.

Din dagligdag består af servicering og rådgivning af vores kunder, både private, virksomheder og selvstændige. Du møder primært kunden telefonisk – enten ved at kunden aktivt har kontaktet os eller, at vi proaktivt kontakter kunden for hjælp og rådgivning. Derudover har vi også en skriftlig korrespondance med de kunder, som foretrækker denne løsning.

Vores performancemål for dig som rådgiver er tydelige – og stadig med rig mulighed for, at du kan sætte dit eget personlige præg som rådgiver ved at yde dit særlige bidrag, som kun du kan yde.

Med en stærk motivation for levere kundeoplevelser, der mærkes, er det vigtigt, at du stiller dig til rådighed med, at du:

- er nærværende og evner at fordybe dig i den enkelte kundens behov

- sætter en ære i at skabe tryghed ved at formidle svært stof om pension på en let og forståelig måde

- stræber efter at skabe ”mere end forventet”

Baggrund 

Du har en relevant erhvervsfaglig baggrund inden for pensionsområdet; minimum Niveau 3 og gerne Niveau 4 eller tilsvarende fra Forsikringsakademiet. Hvis du ikke har afsluttet niveau 4, skal du gøre det inden for de første to år af din ansættelse hos os. 

Lokation / rammer  

Vi hører til i hjertet af København på Bernstorffsgade 40 1577 København V, lige ved Københavns Hovedbanegård. Her vil du opleve moderne kontorfaciliter af højeste kvalitet. Vi er en hybrid arbejdsplads, som også tilbyder dig mulighed for hjemmearbejde. Det forventes, at du typisk er på kontoret to-tre dage om ugen; naturligvis med den nødvendige fleksibilitet til at skabe balance i dit privat- og arbejdsliv.
