Be a strategic partner for leading brands and retailers in Denmark & the Nordics You will act as the primary strategic partner, building close relationships with our clients and translating their business challenges into clear cross‑channel strategies that generate both short and long‑term commercial results. You are responsible for bridging the gap between client goals and our specialized teams, ensuring high‑quality execution while proactively identifying new opportunities to develop their digital setup. In this role, you will take the lead on: - Taking full ownership of your own customer portfolio across primarily e‑commerce & omnichannel brands - Acting as the strategic advisor and business sparring partner for your clients across digital marketing, tech, data & creative - Driving strategy sessions, QBRs, Must‑win‑battle frameworks and commercial initiative plans toward marketing & commercial leadership as well as C‑level stakeholders - Developing digital strategies, media strategies, project descriptions, media plans, client roadmaps & maturity roadmaps - Being responsible for setting up and preparing budgets and reporting - Project leadership of complex client projects with multiple stakeholders - Building strong relationships with stakeholders & decision‑makers in marketing, commercial & e‑commerce teams to position s360 as a trusted advisor - Driving a team of specialists across disciplines, to ensure great internal collaboration and commercial success for our clients. Who we are looking for You are the kind of person that thrives in a fast‑paced and ever changing environment, who stays hungry and curious to learn. We imagine that you: - Come from a background within Marketing & Media Consultancy, Management Consultancy, Paid Media or potentially experience from an in‑house marketing role in a marketing or e‑commerce or omnichannel team at a brand or retailer - You have +8 years of full‑time experience and is very proficient in building excellent digital media strategies - Have a great understanding of the digital marketing, tech & data landscape especially within digital media channels, and can budget allocate and build effective media & comms strategies - You have a great understanding of effectiveness measurement in terms of both how to measure, short, medium and long‑term marketing‑driven results - Are skilled in driving client success through strong relationship management and solid people and communication skills - Understand the importance of communicating to the point and deliver presentations of a high standard - Is quickly able to build trusting relationships and strictly prioritize and manage both tasks and team members - Have strong project management skills and ability to delegate and quality assure across a portfolio of multiple projects & clients. - Are fluent in Danish and English What it’s like working at s360 At s360, you will be part of one of Europe’s fastest‑growing digital marketing agencies, working alongside more than 330 skilled colleagues across 11 offices in 8 countries.
