Om stillingen

Som Functional Safety Engineer vil du være i team med el- og brand-ansvarlige i området, som har til formål at styrke området functional safety (FS) i CMC API Pilots. Vores område er i konstant udvikling, så vores faciliteter skal hele tiden tilpasses produktionen af de nye lægemiddelkandidater.

Functional safety er et sikkerhedsprincip der indebærer, at man foretager en aktiv handling for at reducere risici. Du vil hver dag have en bred kontaktflade i vores område, fx arbejdsmiljøorganisationen, produktionen, projektledere, specialister og andre interessenter. Du vil blandt andet spille en afgørende rolle i udarbejdelse af strategier for:

  1. Validering, test af Nødstop og master PLC
  2. Validering, test af det sikkerhedsrelaterede styresystem

Herudover vil dine opgaver være:

  1. Sikre kravs sporbarhed, fuldstændighed og dækning og planlægge forbedringer
  2. Udvikle sikkerhedskoncepter og køre dem gennem ekstern myndighedsgodkendelse
  3. Supportere projektledere i planlægning af FS aktiviteter og procesoverensstemmelse
  4. Assistere proces-ejere med FS og interface specifikationer
  5. Støtte og sikre tilpasning af bedste praksis for FS mellem projekter
  6. Løbende undersøgelse af lovgivning og standardopdateringer

Vi trives med at inddrage alle i processen, hvor der håndterer flere opgaver ad gangen med en proaktiv og fleksibel tilgang til udfordringer.

Vi forventer, at du har en højere teknisk uddannelse som ingeniør eller maskinmester kombineret med flere års solid, praktisk erfaring fra en lignende rolle indenfor procesrelateret functional safety . Det er et plus, hvis du har en FS Engineer certification. Endvidere er følgende personlige kvalifikationer nødvendige for at kunne trives i jobbet:

  1. Du nyder, at dele ud af din viden, og kan supportere mindre erfarne kollegerne på dit fagområde.
  2. Du er god til at samarbejde og kommunikere på forskellige niveauer i organisationen.
  3. Du tager et stort ansvar for, at løbe dine opgaver i mål og arbejder selvstændigt.
  4. Du arbejder struktureret og er stærk i dokumentation.

Det er ligeledes vigtigt, at du trives i en foranderlig dagligdag og at dagen ikke altid kan planlægges i detaljer. Vi lægger desuden vægt på at du har et godt humør, kan motivere andre og er en holdspiller.

Om afdelingen

Vores afdeling CMC API Pilots Operations bestående af ca. 70 medarbejdere, er organisatorisk placeret i området Chemistry, Manufacturing and Control (CMC) API Pilots med omkring 300 medarbejdere. Her foregår Aktive farmaceutiske ingrediens (API) fremstilling og procesudvikling af nye API kandidater til alle Novo Nordisks udviklingsprodukter. Vi er placeret i et område i rivende udvikling med en kontinuerlig strøm af nye projekter.

Du bliver en del af et team bestående af ingeniører, maskinmestre, teknikere og håndværkere med ansvar for drift, vedligehold og optimering af black- og clean utility til både produktion, laboratorie og kontorfaciliteter. Teamet drifter blandt andet køleanlæg, trykluft- og vacuumanlæg, ventilationsanlæg, vandanlæg (PW) samt kvælstofsanlæg (kryotanke og distributionssystemer). Ud over at være ansvarlige for drift, er vi også ansvarlige for mindre bygningsprojekter i de tilknyttede produktionsfaciliteter.
