“As a Senior Supply Planning Specialist, your top priority is to succeed with a good delivery service for our customers while optimizing the global supply chain. With an ambitious mindset, you will drive the needed change management to increase planning competences in the line organization,” says Stine Flening.

How you will make an impact
You will continuously aim towards excellence and support the team to achieve their targets by rolling out new tools and ways of working. Based on forecasts, you will order production to secure that we achieve stock levels that contribute to a high delivery service to customers and minimize wastage of finished goods.

The tasks/responsibility areas will be:

  • Optimization of end-to-end processes to secure high service and low waste with in-depth root cause analysis.
  • Analyze and follow up on relevant KPIs to take corrective action and ensure improvement.
  • Solve complex issues in the field between commercial and supply chain and lead a proactive dialog.
  • Deliver operational plans. Plan and optimize stock levels by setting models and parameters such as safety stock, production frequency, etc.
  • Contribute to identifying opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements within the supply planning function.

You will be part of the Logistics organization in Denmark, based on Sønderhøj 46, where you will meet a lot of great colleagues every day.

What will make you successful
The ideal candidate should have an ambitious mindset, strong analytical skills, and a flair for stakeholder management. You hold a relevant Master’s degree within Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or similar, and have at least 4 plus years of relevant experience, but most importantly is your mindset and the person that follows.

You will be the link between sales, customer service, other planning functions, production sites, and warehouses, and therefore your understanding of stakeholders’ needs is essential. These qualities will enable you to excel in the role by making data-driven decisions, effectively managing stakeholders, and navigating the complexities of the supply planning process.
