Landfolk søger en ambitiøs, innovativ og alsidig Head of Supply, med konkret erfaring inden for strategisk skalering af salgsorganisationer. Fra on- og offline diversificering af leadgenerering, effektivisering i onboarding, samt udvikling af salgsorganisationer, særligt i digitale sammenhænge.
Landfolk er en moderne digital markedsplads for leje og udleje af kuraterede sommerhuse. Som Head of Supply, får du det fulde ansvar for skalering af Landfolks supply (sommerhuse) i vores modne markeder: DK/SE/NO, senere også DE/IT/FR, samt ansvar for den overordnede strategi til at nå vores ambitiøse mål. Du bliver en del af en engageret ledergruppe og refererer direkte til COO’en.
Bliv en del af en af Danmarks mest ambitiøse scaleups med 2x årlig vækstLandfolk søger en erfaren, struktureret og empatisk salgsleder med dyb forståelse for opbygning og eksekvering af et digitaliseret salgsteam. Du må gerne komme med dit eget framework, og skal have erfaring med stort set alle aspekter i en digital salgsprocess, fra leadgenerering og onboarding, til reducering af churn. Landfolk udlejer i dag mere end 3.200 fantastiske og kuraterede sommerhuse, og ønsker at fordoble dette årligt.

Struktureret prioritering og styring af aktiviteter
Opsætning og opfølgning af relevante KPI'er
Opbygning af en salgsorganisation, kompensationsmodeller m.m
Kundetiltrækning (husejere) og fastholdelse af disse
Budgetstyring

Landfolk blev etableret i 2021 af syv medstiftere, herunder erfarne digitale entreprenører med speciale i markedspladser (fx Gaest og Airbnb). I dag beskæftiger vi cirka 50 medarbejdere og har hovedsæde i Aarhus. Med stærke investorer som EIFO, Heartland og SEED Capital er vores internationale ekspansion i fuld gang, med fokus på Danmark, Norge, Sverige, Tyskland, Frankrig og Italien.
