The role you’ll play

As a Strategic Solution Consultant, you will be a pivotal player in designing bespoke customer solutions for our prioritized language technology and services offerings. You will partner with our Business Development and Customer Success teams, attending customer meetings and engaging in both pre-sales and sales dialogues. By deeply understanding customer needs and market demands, you will help shape solutions that deliver exceptional value. Moreover, your insights will directly influence the development of new products and services, ensuring they align with market expectations and deliver optimal product-market fit.

You will be instrumental in execution of one of our most important OKRs for 2025 about converting selected customers into AI and machine translation workflows. You will be identifying the relevant customers, handle the dialogues, negotiations and implementation in LanguageWire Translation Management System. Also you will be the expert Customer Success Managers will go to for sparring in conversion of their customers.

You will join our dynamic Solution Sales Team, a group of five solution sales experts dedicated to bridging the gap between our innovative offerings and the unique needs of our clients. Collaborating closely with Business Development, Customer Success, and Product Development, you’ll work in an environment that thrives on collaboration, commercial creativity, and continuous learning.   1. You have successfully designed and supported the implementation of AI language solutions for key customers, resulting in measurable business outcomes.
  2. You are recognized as a trusted expert by both customers and colleagues, sought after for your insights, solution sales, and problem-solving skills.
  3. You’ve fostered collaboration across teams, ensuring seamless alignment between sales, customer success, and product development.
  4. Your input has directly influenced the development or refinement of products and services, ensuring they meet customer needs and gain market traction.
Desired experience and competencies

What you’ll need to bring

  1. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a relevant business or language field.
  2. Certifications or courses in product, solution selling or similar is an advantage but not a requirement.
  3. Experience from the Language Service Industry is an advantage but not a requirement.
  4. Strong understanding of language technology (e.g., AI-driven translation tools, localization technology) and translation services - or ability to quickly acquire it.
  5. Experience from sales or working directly with sales teams to build customer-centric solutions.
  6. Ability to translate customer needs into business requirements in a clear storyline.
  7. Experience working according to structured sales methodologies and processes - experience with MEDDICC is an advantage but not a requirement.
  8. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, capable of influencing and building rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  9. A customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering value.
