In this role you’ll make an impact…
As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be at the heart of our success, managing the relationship and sales for a pivotal strategic account. With a focus on achieving and surpassing sales targets, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of global and regional strategies while providing expert project management and market insights.
Your key tasks will include:
- Serve as the primary contact for the strategic account, building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships.
- Lead commercial negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and long-term partnerships.
- Drive the execution of sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets while managing budgets and forecasts.
- Align customer goals with Chr. Hansen's innovative solutions, acting as a trusted advisor and industry expert.
- Provide market insights and strategic account feedback to influence global and regional business strategies.
Your ability to communicate effectively and build networks within the account will be key to unlocking opportunities and driving success. You will act as the voice of the customer, managing their expectations and ensuring that cross-functional teams deliver on their needs. You will be working closely with the Regional Sales Director and colleagues in sales, legal, and operations to create synergies that ensure smooth project execution and a unified approach to achieving goals.
What we expect you to bring…
• Proven experience managing Strategic or Key Accounts, particularly with complex accounts
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience
• Preferred background in the dietary supplement and/or OTC market
• Strong project management experience
We are looking for someone who thrives on collaboration but also takes initiative to lead and deliver. Your project management skills, combined with strong communication and analytical abilities, make you a vital contributor to our team.
Location: Remote, hybrid or on-site.
