Lige nu søger vi en kontorassistent til SVANENs administrationsteam, som kan hjælpe med at holde dagligdagen glidende og sørge for god beboerservice gennem en række af opgaver inden for både administration og ejendomsudlejning.

Din arbejdsdag kommer blandt andet til at bestå af:

  • Sikre god beboerkontakt pr. telefon og mail
  • Udarbejdelse af lejekontrakter, forbrugsregnskaber, lejereguleringer, ind- og fraflytningsfakturaer, cirkulæreskrivelser m.m.
  • Opkræve lejerbetalinger samt følge op på forfaldslister, udsendelse af påkravsbrev m.m.
  • Kontakt og opfølgning hos eksterne leverandører
  • Administrative opgaver, såsom nøglebestilling, tilmelding af beboere hos forsyningsselskaber m.v.
  • Daglig bogføring, afstemning og betalinger
Driftig administrativ profil med gode kommunikationsevner

Den kontorassistent, vi er på udkig efter, er/har:

  • Erfaring med administrative opgaver som kontorassistent eller lignende – gerne inden for ejendomme, men ikke et must
  • Detaljeorienteret og har en ordenssans, der gør dig god til at holde styr på opgaver og følge op
  • Serviceminded, troværdig og overholder aftaler og deadlines
  • Ansvarsfuld og selvstændig i forhold til dine opgaver
  • Robust og ikke kommunikativt undvigende
  • Økonomisk forståelse eller erfaring
  • Erfaren bruger af Microsoft-office-pakken og gerne erfaring med Dynamics 365
  • En personlighed, indstilling og attitude, der matcher teamet og virksomheden
