Vi søger en Technical Document Controller til at blive en del af vores tekniske projektteam, som arbejder med vores energiprojekter. Som Technical Document Controller vil du få ansvaret for at sikre, at alle dokumenter relateret til projekterne er korrekt organiseret og ajourført fra start til slut.

Dine primære arbejdsområder vil være:

  • Teknisk dokumentation : Du vil være ansvarlig for at samle og organisere dokumentationen til de tekniske projekter, herunder gasmotoranlæg og biogasprojekter. Du skal sikre, at alle nødvendige dokumenter er tilgængelige og korrekt struktureret i vores SharePoint system.
  • Opfølgning på projekter : Du vil arbejde tæt sammen med projektlederne for at sikre, at alle nødvendige dokumenter er på plads og opdeles korrekt i projektdokumentation. Du vil følge op på, om alle krav er opfyldt og sørge for, at alt er klar til overlevering til kunderne.
  • Myndighedsbehandling : Du kan også blive involveret i myndighedsgodkendelser og krav i forbindelse med projekterne. Det vil være din opgave at holde styr på og sikre, at alle nødvendige tilladelser og krav bliver opfyldt.
  • Logistik og indkøb : Du vil i tæt samarbejde med projektlederne være med til at koordinere indkøb af de materialer og komponenter, der er nødvendige til projektets gennemførelse.
  • Databladshåndtering : Du vil arbejde med håndtering og opdatering af databladene for de tekniske komponenter, som bruges i vores projekter.

Din profil
Vi leder efter dig, der har en struktureret og detaljeorienteret tilgang til arbejdet og har erfaring med dokumentationsarbejde, gerne fra teknisk projektledelse. Du er vant til at arbejde med systemer som SharePoint, Visma eller lignende, og du kan navigere i komplekse dokumentationskrav. Erfaring med indkøb og logistik fra en produktionsvirksomhed er en fordel.

Som person har du evnen til at holde styr på flere opgaver samtidig og håndtere deadlines. Du har en positiv og hjælpsom indstilling, der gør dig til en god sparringspartner for projektlederne. Du har gode og kommunikative evner både på dansk og engelsk.
