Das erwartet dich

Wir suchen eine*n engagierten ServiceNow Plattform Quality Assurance Specialist (w/m/d), der*die unser IT Service Management-Team unterstützt. In dieser Rolle bist du verantwortlich für die Qualitätssicherung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer ServiceNow-Lösungen. Du arbeitest eng mit dem Plattform Team zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass unsere ServiceNow-Plattform höchsten Qualitätsstandards entspricht und die Prozesse effizient und fehlerfrei ablaufen.

  • Verantwortung für die Qualität der ServiceNow-Plattform, inklusive Tests, Reviews und Audits
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Teststrategien und -plänen für ServiceNow-Anwendungen
  • Durchführung von manuellen und automatisierten Tests sowie Dokumentation von Fehlern
  • Analyse von Prozessen und Identifikation von Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten zur Steigerung der Qualität
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklern, Projektmanagern und Business-Analysten zur Definition und Umsetzung von Qualitätsanforderungen
  • Erstellung von Testberichten und -analysen zur Sicherstellung der Qualität und der Einhaltung von Standards
  • Verantwortung für die Eskalation und Koordination der Fehlerbehebung bei kritischen Vorfällen
  • Erfahrung in der Automatisierung von Tests zur Verbesserung der Testgeschwindigkeit
Das bringst du mit
  • Abgeschlossenes einschlägiges Studium (Uni/FH) idealerweise mit IT-Schwerpunkt
  • Erfahrung in der Qualitätssicherung von ServiceNow-Plattformen oder -Anwendungen
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Durchführung von manuellen und automatisierten Tests
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams zur Qualitätssicherung
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Interesse, sich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten und innovative Lösungen zu entwickeln
  • Den Wunsch, gemeinsam mit der Wiener Stadtwerke-Gruppe, Wien klimafit für die Zukunft zu machen

Für diese Position bieten wir ein Mindestgehalt von EUR 3.950,00 brutto pro Monat, abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung, sowie die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
