Now, we are looking for an HR Support Senior Specialist to join our HR Service Center & Legal Support team and play a key role in supporting our employees and managers on a daily basis while harmonizing and standardizing our operational HR processes.
You will become part of our global HQ located in Smørum – close to S-train and buses.
In your new role as HR Support Senior Specialist, you will act as the first point of contact for employees and managers seeking HR support. Situated in Denmark, you will work with colleagues from all over the world – something that will give you unique insights into not only Danish but also international set-ups and policies.
You will handle HR administration, optimize processes, and ensure compliance with company policies—all while delivering a service-minded, people-first approach. You will work closely with various stakeholders across HR, Payroll, IT, and Finance to troubleshoot issues, drive process improvements, and enhance employee experience.
The HR department at our Smørum site consists of around 45 people, and you will become part of our HR Core Deliveries Team. We have an informal, humorous and low hierarchical atmosphere where we support each other in a true ONE TEAM approach.
You can look forward to a large variety of exciting tasks, but your key responsibilities will be as follows:
- Provide first-line HR support to employees and managers regarding policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Manage HR cases through ServiceNow, ensuring fast and effective resolution.
- Execute core HR processes such as onboarding, time management, and leave management.
- Collaborate with HR teams globally to harmonize and optimize HR processes.
- Ensure accurate HR data management in PeopleCentral (SAP SuccessFactors).
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality.
You will report directly to the Head of the Danish HR Core Delivery organization.
Customer oriented mindsetIn order to be a good fit for this job, we hope you can check most of the boxes below and have:
- 5+ years of experience in HR support or administration, with strong knowledge of operational HR policies and processes.
- A customer-centric mindset—you thrive on helping people and solving problems.
- A process-oriented approach – you easily locate where and how to design, maintain and update existing processes.
- Experience with HRIS systems (SAP SuccessFactors) and ServiceNow.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
