Vi er en mindre virksomhed i rivende udvikling. Vi søger en allround bogholderiansvarlig der kan stå i spidsen for vores bogholderi, hvor du har assistance til det daglige arbejde med løn og fakturering mm. Du skal kunne arbejde med mange bolde i luften og på tværs af organisationen. Du bliver en del af et mindre team, energisk og proaktivt og der er frihed under ansvar. Dine arbejdsopgaver omfatter:

  • Bogføring og afstemninger af finans-, debitor- og kreditor
  • Fakturering og løbende opfølgning af debitorer
  • Bank afstemning, herunder mastercard og rejsebilag
  • Månedsregnskab, periodisering og afstemning af balancen
  • Indberetninger til myndigheder og momsangivelser
  • Hjælp til udarbejdelse af årsregnskaber i tæt samarbejde med revisor
  • Lønkørsel og afstemning af e-indkomst
  • Administrator af virk.dk og e-boks

Vi bruger e-conomic, Visma Dataløn, Intempus, Acubiz og Officepakken. Vores digitalisering er fortsat under udvikling.

Du er en ansvarsbevidst og selvkørende person, som er klar til at tage ejerskab over dine arbejdsopgaver. Du arbejder systematisk og detaljeorienteret. Som person er du engageret og motiveret for dit fag og ønsker at bidrage til helheden, ligesom du naturligt ønsker at udvikle dig og lære mere. Det er afgørende, at du arbejder struktureret med et stærkt overblik. Du evner at optimere processer både i økonomi og i administrationen.

Du drives af et åbent og tillidsfuldt samarbejde, hvor alle bidrager - såvel fagligt som kollegialt. Du er serviceminded, forandringsvillig og er en teamplayer der ser muligheder fremfor begrænsninger.

Minimumkrav:

  • En uddannelse inden for økonomi
  • Erfaring med e-conomic og gerne med kendskab til projektstyring
  • Gode IT-færdigheder
  • Gode færdigheder i dansk skrift og tale, samt engelsk på et rimeligt niveau
