Hos iProspect søger vi en erfaren profil som Head of SEO til vores kontor i København, som har lyst til at drive den faglige agenda i afdelingen. Du får ansvaret for at styre den strategiske udvikling på større – både danske og internationale – brands, samtidig med du er ansvarlig for den faglige udvikling i teamet.

Du vil få det overordnede ansvar for vores SEO-offering, hvor du skal sætte retningen på både produkt-, rådgivnings- og driftsniveau. Derudover får du ansvaret for at udvikle en eksisterende kundeportefølje og nye kunder kommercielt, samtidig med du får ansvaret for at eksekvere og udvikle en portefølje af kunder, hvor du har det samlede ansvar for alle vores SEO-leverancer.

  • Udvikle og drive strategien for SEO-afdelingen, hvor du sikrer tæt integration og samspil af SEO i det digitale økosystem, så vi skaber synergieffekter på tværs af kanaler
  • Faglig udvikling af SEO-teamet, hvor du har fingeren på pulsen ift. seneste trends, tendenser og udvikling i markedet, så vi fortsat forbliver best-in-class, når det kommer til SEO
  • Ansvarlig for en kundeportefølje, der består af både nationale og internationale kunder, hvor det bliver dit ansvar at sikre den organiske synlighed og italesætte den forretningsmæssige værdi for stakeholders på flere niveauer
  • Skabe ekstern synlighed omkring vores SEO-offering gennem public speaking, vidensdeling, pressearbejde i relevante branchemedier, samarbejdscases med vores annoncører og relevante tech-partnere
  • Være med til at drive newbizz-agendaen i samarbejde med resten af senior-teamet og opdyrke uidentificerede forretningsmuligheder
  • Ansvarlig for at sikre integration til især vores udviklingsteam for at sikre korrekt marketing-tracking, dashboards, aktivering af førstepartsdata og løbende automatisere manuelle processer
  • Medansvarlig for et succesfuldt og tæt samarbejde på tværs af vores to kontorer i Aarhus og København

Som person er du analytisk stærk, proaktiv og løsningsorienteret, og så er du passioneret omkring digital marketing og brænder for SEO. Samtidig skal du kunne omsætte komplekse forretnings- og marketingudfordringer til eksekverbare løsninger inden for SEO.

Vi forventer, at du har:

  • + 7 års erfaring med SEO – fra strategi til eksekvering og afrapportering.
  • Dyb forståelse indenfor både teknisk, content og off-site SEO.
  • Erfaring med udvikling af en afdeling, et fagområde eller lignende – gerne fra bureau
  • En god kommerciel forståelse og erfaring med rådgivende salg
  • Din uddannelsesmæssige baggrund er ikke så vigtig for vigtig. Det vigtigste for os er, at du har værktøjskassen i orden og lysten til at lære fra dig.
  • Er flydende på dansk og engelsk.
