Head of Paid Marketing

We seek a highly experienced and visionary Head of Paid Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and drive substantial revenue growth. This role is critical to our continued success and will involve overseeing a dynamic team, optimizing current channels, and identifying new expansion opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in scaling international brands (ideally e-commerce/D2C brands), with deep expertise in digital marketing and customer acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and manage Meta ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Messenger to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Create and refine ad strategies based on business goals, audience insights, and industry trends. Implement A/B testing and other experimental approaches to determine the most effective ad variations and strategies.

  2. Performance Analysis: Generate and interpret reports on campaign performance, including key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS. Use data to drive decisions and provide actionable insights.

  3. Strategic Growth Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies across existing and new marketing channels to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

  4. Channel Oversight: Manage and oversee all paid marketing channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, e-mail marketing, paid and organic social media, influencer and affiliate marketing, and any other relevant platforms to maximize ROI and customer lifetime value.

  5. Channel Expansion: Identify, test, and scale new marketing channels and tactics that align with brand objectives and target audience.

  6. Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy that aligns with the company’s overall objectives, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue optimization.

  7. Multi-Channel Management: Oversee and optimize all marketing channels, including paid media, SEO, content marketing, email marketing, influencer partnerships, and emerging platforms.

  8. Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular updates to management on campaign performance, growth metrics, and strategic recommendations for ongoing improvement.

  9. Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize advanced analytics and customer data to drive marketing strategies, with a focus on key metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, and overall ROI.

  10. Vendor & Partner Management: Build and maintain relationships with our external partners, agencies, and platforms to stay ahead of industry trends and emerging opportunities.

  11. Customer Insights & Segmentation: Leverage customer data and market research to better understand customer behavior, preferences, and segments for more targeted marketing efforts.

Qualifications:
  1. Experience: 10+ years of experience in growth marketing or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, preferably within a D2C or e-commerce environment.

  2. Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in driving significant revenue growth and scaling marketing efforts in a high-growth D2C brand.

  3. Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of digital marketing platforms, tools, and analytics, with hands-on experience in managing multi-million dollar budgets across various channels.

  4. Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.

  5. Leadership & Team Building: Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, with a focus on collaboration, innovation, and results.

  6. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  7. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong growth trajectory.

Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Industry Expertise: Experience in the fashion, apparel, or personal care industry, with a deep understanding of the D2C business model.

  2. Advanced Analytics & CRM: Experience with advanced analytics tools, customer segmentation, and CRM systems.

  3. SQL Knowledge: You are proficient in SQL.

  4. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A master’s degree or MBA is highly desirable.
