About the role and key responsibilities

FORCE Technology is undergoing a transformation with many exciting communication and marketing projects ahead.

We are aiming to realize our full potential for technical services and products both in Denmark and internationally across growing markets, such as the energy sector and life sciences.

Therefore, we are looking for a dedicated and skilled colleague to join our Communication and Marketing team. The role is Digital Content Writer, but what we’re truly looking for is primarily a strong and sharp storyteller who can create impactful content in both Danish and English – for various channels and across different technological areas.

The position is initially temporary until the end of 2025, with the possibility of permanent employment.

Your tasks will include:

  • Developing Danish and especially English-language content for digital channels such as websites, social media, and email marketing, including professional material like case studies, articles, white papers, interviews, and similar.
  • Strengthening our SEO efforts and setting a high standard for digital texts across channels that attract, retain, and engage audiences.
  • Advising marketing project managers and the team on lead-generating texts and formats tailored to different target audiences, messages, customer journeys, and desired calls-to-action.
  • Identifying and developing compelling stories in dialogue with our business areas, sales representatives, and subject-matter experts – and bringing them to life across various channels.
  • Participating in cross-functional campaigns with colleagues from the team to create engaging content for our audience.
  • Supporting our business units in achieving their sales and growth targets through optimized customer journeys and sales materials.

We expect you to have:

An academic background, perhaps as a cand.ling.merc. or cand.comm., or another relevant degree in marketing and writing.

We imagine you match the following profile:

  • 5+ years of experience as a content producer, responsible for digital content, customer journeys, and lead generation, ideally in a company with complex, technical services and B2B products.
  • Perfect command of both written and spoken Danish and English – perhaps even with English as your native language.
  • Expert in writing for the web, social media, and email marketing, with a strong understanding of SEO mechanisms and social media algorithms.
  • You write persuasively and with relevance, working with great linguistic precision and ensuring a very high quality in our written communication.
  • You can produce high-quality content quickly with tight deadlines and use AI-supported tools in your writing.

The position is based at our headquarters in Brøndby, with the possibility of traveling to and working from other locations in Denmark.
