The 25hours Hotel Indre By has its home in the middle of the Scandinavian metropolis. Art and knowledge are at the forefront in an exciting combination, as the hotel housed a porcelain factory in the 19th century and was later used as a university building. With only a few steps away from Nyhavn, the 25hours Hotel Paper Island has found its home. The building is located on the island of Christiansholm, also known as Paper Island, which has developed into an urban destination in the heart of Copenhagen. Here, you will find relaxation and serenity based on the ideal Scandinavian island holiday home, awakening memories and sensations brought to life by Swedish creative team STYLT Trampoli. Room categories range from Medium to Gigantic and offer a retreat to suit every traveller and their needs.

Job Description

One conference room, a restaurant, a bar – lots of opportunities for organising parties and events in-house. You’ll make sure all the events rooms are always booked and that every event runs smoothly. We’re looking forward to welcoming you to our Events Team as Event Coordinator (m/f/d).

How Does Your Working Day Look Like …
  1. You’ll be the ambassador for the 25hours Hotels brand.
  2. You’ll succeed in forging the best links to our customers, so that you can make every event unforgettable.
  3. You’ll coordinate your daily schedule independently, and you’ll honour agreements even when your appointments diary and email inbox are full.
  4. You’ll support various projects in the hotel, and pitch in when one of your colleagues from the event team is on leave.
  5. You’ll keep the overall picture in view when every room in the building is booked simultaneously and all the phone lines are red hot.

Qualifications
Your personality counts more than your CV …
  1. You’ve had professional experience in a similar role in the events sector, and you speak good English.
  2. You have the ability to get people excited about our concept, and you’re a passionate salesperson.
  3. You’re a doer – and even if you do it wrong sometimes, you openly admit it.
  4. You’re not just bringing your abilities, but also your character.
  5. You speak and understand Danish.
