About THE ROLE

The PVH Visual Merchandising team is responsible for creating and implementing visual displays in showrooms, at events, and in stores across Region North. They act as brand guardians, maintaining the look and feel while protecting the strong visual and globally recognised brand aesthetics.

The VM Coordinator is responsible for implementing the visual direction, following brand guidelines in their area of stores, and making changes to suit the local market as necessary.

The VM Coordinator takes ownership to support and maintain the visual standards across all Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein locations in their area, ensuring the brand’s identity is upheld and delivering world-class window displays when required.

Responsibilities include:

Creative

  • Be aware of visual direction provided by Amsterdam head office and use it effectively.
  • Ensure mannequins are installed and styled correctly across both brands.
  • Dress windows to accepted brand standard.
  • Adapt styling to suit local market/stock package.
  • Refresh the layout of the floors regularly to maintain interest.
  • Ensure all imagery and Point of Sales (POS) is current and in good condition.
  • Work alongside in-store teams to ensure they understand the standards and vision for Visual Merchandising.
  • Ensure at least 50% of doors in the given area sit in the “progress and elevate” category.

Planning and Organisation

  • Understand the Visual Merchandising schedule for the year ahead.
  • Create a daily schedule with regular visits to all doors.
  • Plan group training days on and off site.
  • Ensure regular communication with stores via email or phone.
  • Attend local market training with the VM manager.
  • Liaise with the Senior VM Coordinator and VM Manager for support.
  • Organise and deliver all Visual Merchandising kit for your area.

Communication

  • Maintain a close working relationship with the team, sharing relevant information.
  • Maintain regular communication with stores, offering advice on Visual Merchandising issues.
  • Ensure all doors receive Visual Merchandising directives and updates.
  • Liaise with Operations and Area Managers to deliver the best service possible.
  • Liaise with Buying and Merchandising teams on deliveries and stock issues.

About YOU

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Visual Merchandising field role.
  • Creative/retail background.
  • Window/styling experience from a previous role.
  • Strong project management skills, able to work at pace.
  • Ability to use initiative and make decisions.
  • Creative and results-driven.
  • Good competitor and market knowledge.
