Din rolle og dine ansvarsområder
- Løbende dialog med eksisterende kunder for at forbedre relationer og udvide forretningsomfang.
- Identifikation af potentielle kunder samt etablering af nye kundeforhold i form af direkte salg, samarbejde med konsulenter og/eller udbud.
- Tæt samarbejde med porteføljemanagere, analytikere, ESG-specialister og lignende med fokus på markedsudvikling og afledte muligheder.
- Udvikling af individuelle løsninger eller strategier til både eksisterende og potentielle kunder.
- Strategiplanlægning, planlægning af faglige arrangementer samt sparring og udvikling i samarbejde med kolleger.
Som person er du analytisk, målrettet og løsningsorienteret. Du trives i et fagligt udfordrende, dynamisk miljø, hvor du formår at bevare overblikket i hektiske situationer.
Du er fagligt nysgerrig og har stor interesse i det institutionelle segment samtidig med, at du forstår og værdsætter vigtigheden af langvarige kunderelationer.
Du trives i et team og arbejdsmiljø med fokus på klart definerede resultater samt gode muligheder for personlig og faglig udvikling. Du forventes samtidig at bidrage til et uformelt arbejdsmiljø med udgangspunkt i arbejdsglæde, gensidig respekt og god plads til humor.
Vi forestiller os, at du har solid erfaring og dokumenterbare resultater inden for investering og salg. Relevant erfaring fra en lignende position er et ekstra plus.
Du har fremragende kommunikationsevner både verbalt og skriftligt med fokus på formidling af komplekse budskaber på en letforståelig måde. Du er flydende på dansk og engelsk. Tysk og/eller andre fremmedsprog er nyttigt. Du har erfaring med besvarelse af diverse udbud.
