Jobbeskrivelse:
Som People and Culture Advisor hos UNICEF Danmark arbejder du tæt sammen med hele organisationen. Vi vil skabe en arbejdsplads, hvor der er plads til alle og hvor effektivitet og trivsel prioriteres højt. Du løser operationelle opgaver inden for HR-området og får samtidig medansvar i forhold til at støtte medarbejdere og ledere i det daglige arbejde og deltage i udviklingsprojekter.

Sammen med resten af HR-teamet skal du:

  • Håndtere ansættelsesprocessen fra lønforhandling og kontraktskrivning til pre-boarding.
  • Være projektdeltager i udviklingsinitiativer.
  • Gennemføre rekrutteringsaktiviteter fra A – Z.
  • Udforme, vedligeholde og opdatere relevante politikker, personalehåndbog samt lave indstillinger til direktionen.
  • Rådgive og sparre med ledere og medarbejdere inden for områder som sygdom, trivsel, barsel, arbejdsmiljø og personalesager.
  • Administrere, opdatere og udvikle vores HR-system, EMPLY.

For at blive en succes forventer vi at du:

  • Har minimum 3 års erfaring i en lignende HR-rolle.
  • Er selvstændig, struktureret og grundig i dit arbejde.
  • Er optaget af digital HR og meget gerne har erfaring med HR-systemet EMPLY.
  • Har interesse for og nysgerrighed omkring forandringsledelse og organisationsudvikling.
  • Har relevant uddannelse på kandidatniveau.
  • Har erfaring med rekruttering.
  • Evner at kommunikere effektivt på dansk og engelsk, både skriftligt og mundtligt.

Du vil blive en del af et seriøst og dedikeret team på 3 medarbejdere, og vil dagligt have tæt kontakt med organisationens medarbejdere og bidrage til udviklingen af både medarbejdere og ledere. Løn- og ansættelsesvilkår:
Arbejdstiden er 37 timer om ugen med fleksible arbejdstider, herunder mulighed for hjemmearbejde. Vi tilbyder sundhedsforsikring, pensionsordning, massageordning, lækker frokostordning i TEKNO Eatery og meget andet. Ansættelsen er underlagt UNICEF Danmarks lokale husaftale.
