As Carlsberg is accelerating its journey within digital, specifically eB2B, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to join our IT department to be part of our journey to establish a state-of-the-art e-commerce platform.

What you’ll be doing
  • Solution Design and Architecture : Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and align with best practices.
  • Platform Expertise : Utilize in-depth knowledge of Salesforce B2B Commerce and Service Cloud to develop and optimize solutions.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration : Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct workshops, and present solution designs.
  • Technical Leadership : Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to best practices.
  • Integration Management : Design integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems, ensuring data consistency and process efficiency.
  • Innovation and Improvement : Stay updated with Salesforce advancements and industry trends, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance the platform's capabilities.
  • Documentation : Create comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, process flows, and data models.
What we’re looking for
  • Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect.
  • Certifications : Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, and certifications in B2B Commerce.
  • Technical Skills :
    • Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud, and B2B Commerce Cloud.
    • Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
    • Knowledge of integration patterns and middleware solutions.
  • Analytical Skills : Good problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
  • Communication Skills : Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Leadership : Exhibits proficiency in steering multidisciplinary team efforts.
