Du bliver en del af vores projektlederafdeling i Group IT, hvor du får en central rolle i at forme, hvordan vi bedst styrer vores projekter. I denne stilling har du mulighed for at gøre en betydelig forskel – både for vores medarbejdere og markedet vi befinder os i. Du vil være involveret i konkrete migreringsopgaver og samtidigt få muligheden for at sætte dit præg på de næste skridt i vores ERP-rejse, hvor vi skal migrere fra vores nuværende AX2012 og mod en ERP-platform i skyen.

Efter en vellykket migrering fra AX3.0 til AX2012 over de seneste år står vi nu over for næste skridt at forme fremtiden for Wrist Groups ERP-løsning. Vores mål er at sikre, at alle forretningsenheder har et ERP-system, der ikke blot opfylder deres behov, men også er skalerbart og klar til at integrere nye afdelinger.

Strategisk ERP Project Manager
Som ERP Project Manager vil du blive ansvarlig for at drive strategiske projekter og sikre sammenhæng mellem IT og forretningen. Du bidrager til ERP-integration, projektledelse og udvikling af effektive arbejdsmetoder på tværs af organisationen.

Mere specifikt vil dine ansvarsområder være:

  • Ledelse og koordinering af den tekniske leverance af projekter fra idéfase til overlevering til drift.
  • Styring af tværgående teams bestående af både IT og forretning.
  • Udvikling af koncepter for ERP-integration af nye selskaber.
  • Tæt samarbejde med alle niveauer i organisationen.
  • Proaktiv håndtering af projektforhindringer og risici, før de eskalerer.
  • Koordinering og udvikling af en projekthåndbog, der sikrer ensartet projektledelse på tværs af Group IT, i tæt samarbejde med dine projektlederkollegaer.

Kvalifikationer og krav:
Vi forventer at du besidder relevant erfaring med projektledelse af ERP-projekter, herunder minimum 3 års erfaring i en tilsvarende rolle.

Derudover forventer vi, at du:

  • Konkret erfaring med migrering af ERP-systemer.
  • Skarpt øje for detaljer samt en interesse i at sparre og lære fra kollegaer.
  • Stærke kommunikative evner, både skriftligt og mundtligt, på dansk og engelsk.
  • Du er en rollemodel, der fremmer en kultur, hvor feedback og refleksion er centrale elementer for forbedring og innovation.
