Client Growth Manager

Har du erfaring med salg af IT-profiler og vil du være med til at videreudvikle et blomstrende forretningsområde?

Vi søger en motiveret Client Growth Manager til at drive den fortsatte vækst. Den ideelle kandidat elsker at åbne nye døre, opbygge stærke relationer og hjælpe kunderne med at identificere deres behov for efterfølgende at imødekomme behovet til stor tilfredshed.

Du vil fra første dag blive en del af vores dygtige salgs- og leveranceteam, hvor I sammen har ansvaret for at udbygge vores forretning indenfor IT-kompetencer. I din rolle vil du have et tæt samarbejde med Experis Academy, hvor vi uddanner nye dygtige IT-konsulenter, som du får æren af at præsentere for vores kunder og virksomheder generelt i Danmark.

Ansvarsområder:

Som Client Growth Manager får du muligheden for at drive og udvikle salget af IT-profiler. Du får en afgørende rolle i at opbygge og vedligeholde relationer til nye og kendte kunder samt til vores konsulenter. Endeligt vil du indgå i det overordnede salg- og leveranceteam og referere til vores Head of Sales.

Du vil få ansvaret for:

Du vil administrere hele salgscyklussen, fra leadgenerering og mødebooking til fysiske møder og underskrivelse af aftaler. Du vil ligeledes være ansvarlig for at identificere behov, muligheder og nye kunder for Experis.

Derudover vil du stå for:

  • At identificere potentielle kunder i både privat og offentlig sektor
  • At opbygge kundeportefølje og udvikle denne
  • At booke egne kundemøder
  • At planlægge og afholde salgsfremmende aktiviteter
  • At forhandle kontrakter med kunder og opdatere CRM
  • At deltage aktivt i rekruttering af nye konsulenter i samarbejde med vores IT Contract Manager
  • At deltage i interne forbedringsprocesser samt andre værdiøgende initiativer og projekter
