About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at Neurons Inc. ApS. As a key member of our Customer Experience department, you will be responsible for driving customer growth, retention, and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Onboarding: Develop and implement effective onboarding strategies to ensure seamless integration of our products and services with our clients.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations to identify opportunities for growth and reduce churn risk.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans that drive customer success and revenue growth.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively address customer issues and concerns, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our products and services, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to existing customers.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong communication channels with clients, ensuring timely and effective communication of product updates, new features, and other relevant information.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of driving customer growth, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the creative, marketing, and performance marketing industries, with experience working with agencies or similar organizations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and develop effective solutions.
  • CRM Experience: Experience working with CRM software, with a strong understanding of its capabilities and limitations.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing and speaking.
