Hos Industrials oplever vi stigende efterspørgsel fra både eksisterende og nye kunder, som ønsker et stærkt produktionssoftwaresystem, der er skræddersyet til de vigtigste forretningsprocesser i deres branche. Vi leder efter en Business Analyst, der proaktivt kan identificere og realisere optimeringspotentialer hos vores kunder.

Skab sammenhæng mellem forretningen og IT-udvikling
Som vores nye Business Analyst bliver du en del af et team, der både vedligeholder og udvikler produkter samt konsulentservices. En tæt dialog med vores kunder er essentielt for at forstå deres behov og prioritere vores indsats. Vi har derfor brug for dig, der kan analysere og optimere processer samt agere "oversætter" mellem teknik og krav.

Din arbejdsdag vil være præget af opgaver som:

  • Oversætte kundekrav til velbeskrevne user stories, som dine udviklerkollegaer kan forstå.
  • Designe ny funktionalitet.
  • Udarbejde testcases og udføre system-, integrations- og brugertest.
  • Afstemme løsninger med kunderne.
  • Holde dokumentation ajour.
  • Deltage i løsning af fejlsager og vurdere deres impact på kundernes hverdag.
  • Facilitere og deltage i workshops med kunder.
  • Give input til Product Owner vedr. prioritering og backlog items.

Du vil arbejde med komplekse problemstillinger og bruge din erfaring til at sikre de bedste løsninger for kunderne. Du vil samarbejde tæt på ERP-konsulenter, softwareudviklere, UX-designere, Product Owner og Product Manager, der styrer modning og prioritering af nye produkter.

Der er flere veje ind i jobbet; måske har du en IT-uddannelse, måske har du en baggrund som datalog eller produktionsingeniør med erfaring som Business Analyst, produktionsplanlægger, forretnings- eller ERP-konsulent. Det vigtigste er, at du har erfaring med produktion, gerne kombineret med IT-udvikling. Det er en fordel, hvis du har erfaring med produktionssoftwaresystemer.

  • Har stærke analytiske evner og mod på at sætte dig ind i komplekse områder.
  • Er detaljeorienteret, tilpasningsdygtig og ansvarlig.
  • Har gode kommunikative evner.
  • Kan omsætte din erfaring med at balancere forretningshensyn og funktionelle krav til konkrete resultater.
  • Er flydende i dansk og engelsk både mundtligt og skriftligt.
  • Er en teamspiller, der bidrager med energi, godt humør og viljen til at lykkes.
