Join our affiliate TotalEnergies E&P DENMARK in Esbjerg
As a Buyer in Contracts and Procurement (Sourcing Team, Wells and Logistics), you will have to:
- Carry out market intelligence on local/international suppliers for the relevant categories in wells and logistics portfolios.
- Prepare tender documents and award contracts for relevant categories. Examples of dossiers include contract strategy documents, invitation to tenders (ITT), contract templates to be issued in tenders, technical and commercial evaluation of bid submissions, recommendations to awards, final contract documents, change orders, contract amendments, etc.
- Present said dossiers to management in local contracts committees.
- Work together with multiple stakeholders in the tender and award of contracts, e.g., work with technical engineers, HSE specialists, finance and/or legal colleagues for the execution of sourcing/tender activities.
- Engage external parties in pre and post-award activities in tenders/contracts (e.g., contractual qualifications, price negotiations, disputes, etc.).
- Engage with TotalEnergies Headquarters (Global Procurement team, TGP) for review, discussion, and approval of dossiers.
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Law, or Engineering.
Expected qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Law, or Engineering.
Technical skills:
- Understanding of Contracts and Procurement processes.
- Analysis of commercial bids.
- Basic understanding of legal terms and conditions.
Computing skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- SAP experience.
- E-Sourcing tools experience, e.g., ARIBA is a plus.
Languages:
- English: level C1.
- French: level B2.
