Om stillingen

Som vores Performance Marketing Specialist bliver du ansvarlig for at definere, lede og optimere Performance Marketing-indsatserne på tværs af Norden. Det inkluderer alt fra paid search, paid social, programmatic display til affiliate. Du arbejder tæt sammen med vores bureau (s360) og vores lokale teams i alle fire markeder for at sikre en helhedsorienteret strategi. Du ejer vores KPI’er (ROAS, CPA, CTR m.fl.) og præsenterer dine resultater og anbefalinger for den internationale styregruppe hvert kvartal.

Dine ansvarsområder

  • Strategi, men med fingrene nede i kagedejen: Definér og stå I spiden for Performance Marketing-projekter på tværs af Norden i tæt samarbejde med s360 og lokale teams. Du vil bruge det meste af din tid på at udvikle vores koncepter og setup, men er samtidig tilgængelig til at drive excellence i den daglige drift.
  • Performance Reviews: Afhold jævnligt møder med stakeholders, hvor du åbent og ærligt præsenterer, hvad der går godt, og hvad vi kan gøre bedre.
  • KPI-ejerskab: Tag ansvar for vores performance metrics som ROAS, CPA og CTR. Du skal sørge for, at vi når vores mål og hele tiden løfter barren.
  • Vidensdeling & Excellence: Del dine erfaringer og best practices på tværs af landene, så vi alle bliver klogere og skarpere sammen.
