Du omdanner kommercielle indsigter til aktiviteter der skaber forretningsværdi
Organisatorisk er stillingen forankret i Telenors Erhvervsdivision, som spiller en væsentlig rolle i den kommercielle videreudvikling af Erhvervsforretningen. Som vores nye Commercial Manager bliver du en del af Business Steering teamet, hvis fornemmeste opgave er at håndtere de kommercielle aktiviteter, prissætning samt Telenors bid og contract management processer. Rollen giver stor mulighed for at arbejde på tværs af kommercielle discipliner. Du vil bl.a. arbejde med value & base management, hvor du sikrer vellykkede kundemigreringer og optimerer lønsomhed på eksisterende kundebase. Der vil være kommercielt analysearbejde indenfor f.eks. markedsforhold, produkter, priser, salgskanaler og finansiel performance herunder de bagvedliggende drivers. Endeligt vil du komme til at bidrage til forecastingprocesser samt budgetplanlægning- og monitorering.

Som vores nye kollega bidrager du med dit kommercielle mindset, og du tænker både økonomi, strategi og kundeoplevelse ind i dine løsninger. Her vil du få ansvar for at løbe med større projekter selv, hvor du formår at holde styr på detaljerne og kan navigere reflekterende i komplekse problemstillinger. Du trives med at afkode sammenhænge, er velbevandret i Excel og evner at videreformidle komplekse forhold på en forståelig og simpel måde. Samtidig vil mange af dine opgaver løses i et samspil på tværs af forretningen, hvorfor din forståelse for at de gode løsninger findes i samarbejdet er vigtig for, at du trives i rollen.

Opgaverne og ansvaret i rollen kan tilpasses dit erfaringsniveau. Vi forestiller os blot, at du kan nikke genkendende til dele af følgende:

  • En relevant videregående uddannelse fx Cand.oceon, Cand.merc med interesse for de kommercielle områder
  • Du har en løsningsorienteret og eksekverende tilgang til din daglige opgaver
  • Gode samarbejdsevner på tværs og en interesse i at dele din viden samt lære af andre
  • Du trives med både at arbejde strategisk, taktisk og operationelt.
