  • Leadership: Exceptional team-building and leadership skills.
  • Digital Skills: Proficient in IT with a forward-thinking approach to digitalization.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in pharma transport is advantageous.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential; Spanish proficiency is highly preferred. Danish language skills are a bonus.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel abroad.
