Key Responsibilities:

  1. You will collaborate with product managers and engineering managers to define product vision, objectives, and key results aligned with business goals.
  2. Translate business requirements into delivered products in OTC areas like credit & risk management, customer billing & invoicing, collections, dunning, disputes, claims, receipts, online customer solutions, and master data.
  3. Be responsible for hands-on SAP solution delivery and configuration for OTC products across all Maersk business units.
  4. Work on both current legacy SAP ECC environments and future SAP S/4HANA solution.
  5. Collaborate with agile teams, including O2C product owners, SAP developers/engineers, and scrum masters, to execute prioritized backlogs.
  6. Assist in managing the Product Backlog: prioritize needs, create backlog items, and map out dependencies with business users and customers.
  7. Anticipate business and customer needs; create and use customer journey maps and develop deep knowledge of markets where the product operates.
  8. Work closely with overall development teams embracing Agile methods; contribute to planning, execution, and review of each sprint and refine the development process.
  9. Be responsible for evaluating product progress and being accountable for each stage of the development process and the final product itself.
  10. Evaluate product progress at each iteration, determine whether the final product is acceptable, make necessary course corrections, and provide suggestions for continuous improvements to the technology product and delivery process.
  11. Improve product performance metrics, including value delivery, user satisfaction, support process performance, compliance, cost, product stability, and deployment/roll-out performance.
  12. To be successful, you need to perform stakeholder management related to your product(s).
  13. Contribute to developing product and agile practices for Maersk.
