Så kan du være den Aftermarket Sales Manager, vi søger til Vestas industrial cooling.
Som Aftermarket Sales Manager bliver du en del af ledergruppen i Vestas industrial cooling. Du får P/L- og budgetansvar på området og kommer til at integrere og balancere opgaver og ressourcer på tværs af lande og søsterselskaber.
Koordinering, salg og service
Du koordinerer, prioriterer og sikrer hurtig respons på forespørgsler fra aftermarket, både for Vestas industrial cooling og søsterselskabet Vestas Aircoil. Du opsøger og dyrker markedet for serviceopgaver og for salg af erstatningskølere. Dit mål er at sikre vækst på aftermarket, så området til stadighed udgør 20 pct. af virksomhedens omsætning, der ventes at stige fra 50 mio. kr. i 2023 til 100 mio. i 2026.
Du får ansvaret for marketingmateriale til service og aftermarket samt for deltagelse på messer. Du skal opbygge og lede serviceteams med base i Tyskland. På lidt længere sigt overtager du ansvar, planlægning og daglig ledelse af serviceteams i forhold til installation af nye projekter samt service og vedligehold af eksisterende installationer. Dine opgaver løses på tværs af, og i samarbejde med, Vestas Aircoil i både Danmark, Rumænien og USA.
Køletårne i høj kvalitet til hele verden
Vestas industrial cooling blev grundlagt i 1972 under navnet Vacond Cooling. I 1985 blev virksomheden købt af Vestas Aircoil og har siden leveret flere end 3000 køletårne til industrier over hele verden. På fabrikken i Lem ved Ringkøbing er der fokus på R&D, kvalitetskontrol, montage og inhouse-testing. Vestas Industrial Cooling producer både standard køletårne og fulde turn-key løsninger med fokus på optimering af energiforbruget, levetid og lav life cycle cost, der tager højde for både økonomi og miljø.
Kommerciel super-integrator med teknisk flair
Du har erfaring fra en lignende branche og er i stand til at sikre fremdrift på flere opgaver ad gangen uden at miste overblikket. Du behersker diplomati i forhandlinger uden at gå på kompromis med din gennemslagskraft og kan i øvrigt gennemføre forhandlinger på både tysk og engelsk. Som person er du udadvendt, og professionelt er du kommercielt stærk med teknisk flair og indsigt.
