Would you like to be part of a global leadership team driving the digital agenda for People & Organisation (P&O) in Novo Nordisk? Do you excel at managing multiple tasks while maintaining an overview and ensuring progress? Would you like to help drive impactful leadership processes and be part of an interesting cultural journey?

If you are nodding at this point, then read on as we are looking for a new Leadership Coordinator to join us in HR Digital, Data & IT (DD&IT)

Let's talk about the role

As Leadership Coordinator in HR DD&IT, you will support the Vice President (VP) and the leadership team of HR DD&IT with a wide range of tasks.

This could be, but is not limited to:

  1. Prepare, plan and execute leadership meetings and leadership processes (performance review, organisational development, engagement surveys etc.).
  2. Drive budget process and financial reporting to ensure transparency as basis for ongoing prioritisation and decision making.
  3. Help translate P&O and DD&IT strategies into tangible projects and ensure their successful implementation.
  4. Ensure operational effectiveness by continuously optimising leadership- and cross-organisational processes according to changing needs.
  5. Take lead on communication efforts, e.g. announcements, project releases, and various presentations.
  6. Take active part in the culture journey for the area, taking in the core beliefs of collaboration, curiosity, empowerment and belonginess.

In essence, you will act as a sparring partner to the VP and the leadership team, consisting of 10 colleagues in Denmark and India. You will be an active member of the leadership team interacting with both internal and external stakeholders at several organisational levels, and you will be considered a key contributor to drive the leadership team's performance towards great results.

What we scout for

We look for a candidate with the following qualifications:

  1. Ability to effectively plan, prioritise, execute, and follow up in a proactive and timely manner.
  2. Interpersonal skills and stakeholder management capabilities; i.e., the ability to create trustful relationships across organisational levels and functions, uniting colleagues and diverse viewpoints to drive initiatives forward.
  3. Communication and presentation skills with an excellent command of written and spoken English that allows you to articulate complex concepts clearly and understandably.
  4. A professional mindset and a desire to take initiative and challenge the status quo.
  5. High degree of independence, proactivity, and keeping calm under pressure.
  6. Strategic, reasoning, and analytical skills. Experience with budgets/financial management is an advantage, but not a requirement.
  7. Interest in tech and how it can support and accelerate business ambitions.

Operating in a large-scale agile setup, we continuously prioritise valuable deliverables in partnership with P&O.

Our area consists of approximately 100 colleagues and is spread across Denmark, India, and Poland. The atmosphere is informal and friendly, and colleagues are ambitious, curious, and skilled – complementing and challenging each other to deliver their best, all while remembering to have fun along the way.
