How to contribute to our vision

For our team within the strategic projects department, we are looking for a skilled and dedicated portfolio coordinator for the following:

1. Scope and lead internal projects and initiatives within the Offshore Engineering organization
2. Drive cost-out initiatives across the project portfolio
3. Develop and implement change management frameworks and communication strategies
4. Track project progress, identify and mitigate risks
5. Collaborate across departments and offshore project teams to ensure alignment and efficiency
6. Create, deliver and communicate reports for diverse audiences
7. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and training sessions for various stakeholders
8. Provide data-driven insights to support senior management decision-making
9. Analyze cost and efficiency of business operations
10. Develop project plans and ensure timely completion
11. Conduct financial analysis and budgeting for portfolio projects

What you need to make a difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are looking for you, who wants to make real what matters and who wants to change the world to renewable energy.

The ideal candidate holds a MSc in Economics and Business Administration, Business Management or similar in combination with thorough practical experience with:

1. 3+ years of relevant experience in project management, program management and/or product management
2. Proven track record in leading internal business transformation in large enterprise organizations
3. Strong expertise in change management and stakeholder management
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences
5. Proficiency in creating visually appealing presentations and reports
6. Strong analytical skills and experience in business analysis
7. Knowledge of economic principles and accounting practices
8. Ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt to changing priorities
9. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively
10. Experience in the renewable energy sector, particularly in offshore wind, is a plus
11. Fluency in English, both verbally and written, any additional languages are an advantage
