Ansvarsområder:
  • Effektiv håndtering af en eksisterende liste af kunder, for at sikre at vi opnår 100% fornyelse.
  • Generering af fornyelsesforslag, prissætning og kontrakter på tværs af alle medicinske og sikkerhedsmæssige service-løsninger i overensstemmelse med retningslinjer og tildelte kunder eller potentielle kunder.
  • Udvikling af vækstmuligheder inden for din portefølje af kunder.
  • Isamarbejde med Markedslederen for Danmark, støtte implementeringen af nye kunder og services.
  • Samarbejde med Salg og Marketing, Assistance centret, Finance, Legal og IT-teams for at udvikle og opretholde stærke arbejdsrelationer og støtte effektiv kundesupport.
Kvalifikationer:
  • Du har en universitetsuddannelse med relevant erhvervserfaring.
  • Meget gode skriftlige og mundtlige færdigheder i dansk og engelsk.
  • "Can-Do" indstilling.
  • Du er initiativrig og i stand til at arbejde under pres.
  • Stærk salgsindstilling - Forståelse for hele salgs- og fornyelsescyklussen samt tilhørende milepæle.
