Som Senior Manager hos Basico bliver det din fornemmeste opgave at hjælpe vores mange kunder med diverse juridiske problemstillinger. Din opgaveportefølje vil være alsidig og kompleks, hvilket kræver, at du evner at arbejde detaljeorienteret, struktureret og kommercielt. Kort fortalt handler det om at bruge din juridiske ballast til at omsætte regler til praktiske løsninger, som kan forankres i kundens fremtidige drift.

Din hverdag som Senior Manager i Legal Services

Opgaverne spænder bredt og vedrører alt fra kommercielle kontrakter i mange typer af brancher, selskabsret, GDPR og databeskyttelse, finansieringsret, markedsføringsret, ansættelsesret samt daglig juridisk rådgivning til rådgivning i forbindelse med større projekter såsom M&A og omstruktureringer.

Et af dine vigtigste mål bliver at skabe et dynamisk samspil mellem juridisk rådgivning og kundens øvrige forretning. Det kræver, at du tænker bredere end den umiddelbare problemstilling og inddrager alle relevante parter i udarbejdelsen af løsningsforslag. En tilgang, der giver stor variation i opgaverne – både type-, kunde- og tidsmæssigt.

Fællesnævneren er, at du får bred indsigt i kundernes forretning og udvikling, og at du som 'trusted advisor' er med til at skabe værdi for kunden. Fra intention til handling.

Vi kigger efter dig, der:
  • Er uddannet cand.jur. eller cand.merc.jur.
  • Har 5+ års erfaring, gerne med en kombination af erfaring fra advokathus og inhouse-erfaring (kan også være fra udstationering)
  • Har rådgivningserfaring inden for fx selskabsret, M&A, kommercielle aftaler, IT/IP, databeskyttelse el.lign.
  • Har et kommercielt mindset og kan se dig selv i en udadvendt konsulentrolle.
