Head of Talent Acquisition

You will play an important role in:

  • Daily Operations Management: Establish, monitor and continuously improve daily recruitment workflows to ensure the seamless execution of hiring processes. Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, implement process enhancements, and drive overall efficiency in recruitment activities.
  • Team Development: Develop, train, supervise, and retain a skilled, scalable and diverse talent acquisition team to meet hiring benchmarks. Conduct regular meetings and provide ongoing support to team members.
  • Collaboration: Work with business units to identify recruitment needs, implement efficient strategies and support Succession Planning. Hold regular team meetings and follow up on actions. Coordinate workshops, approve and implement processes and related documents.
  • Employer Branding: Lead Employer Branding & Employer Value Proposition strategies, coordinate partnerships, and promote brand awareness.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships, providing optimal staffing solutions.
  • Process Optimization and Digitalization: Drive process optimization and digitalization initiatives. Implement changes in recruitment processes. Use analytics to monitor and audit Talent Acquisition performance and data quality. Provide data for meetings and follow up on actions. Develop and implement new guidelines in TA and HR, and regularly revise existing guidelines.
  • Relocation Support: Assist with relocation processes, including coordination with mobility partners and handling work permits and invoices.

You will lead a great team of six Talent Acquisition Partners and five HR Student Assistants. The team is based at our sites in Copenhagen and Frederikshavn and we collaborate closely with our additional HR colleagues. Together in HR Denmark we are 33 colleagues supporting and enabling both the business and each other across the 3 HR teams. You will be based in Copenhagen with good opportunities for flexibility, and you will be working together with inspiring and knowledgeable colleagues in a company with a great purpose.
