Tax Manager

Varierede opgaver i et internationalt miljø
Du vil komme til at beskæftige dig med skat ved investeringsaktivitet/transaktioner, sikring af efterlevelse af koncernens skattepolitik, moms, selvangivelser og meget mere. Vi investerer globalt og vores opgaver dækker alle former for skattesubjekter – og derfor langt mere end kun specialiseret pensionsafkastbeskatning.

Dine arbejdsopgaver vil fx være

  1. Skattemæssig due diligence ved nye investeringer.
  2. Implementering af PKA’s skattepolitik med fokus på ansvarlighed i hele investeringsporteføljen, herunder dialog om skat med vores porteføljeselskaber.
  3. Vurdering af momsmæssige konsekvenser af PKA’s forretningsmodel.
  4. Håndtering af operationelle skatter i investeringsporteføljen.
  5. Lovgivningsinitiativer, herunder skatteindberetningsforpligtelser – fx DAC6.
  6. Udvikling og standardisering af processer, så du kan være med til at automatisere arbejdsopgaver, som herefter bliver varetaget af vores outsourcingpartner Forca.

Du bliver ansat i PKA’s økonomiafdeling, som hører under Finans. Finansafdelingen består af 20 medarbejdere, der til sammen er ansvarlige for bl.a. fondsadministration, risikostyring, compliance, økonomi og skat.

Du er en skarp og energisk skattespecialist
Vi forestiller os, at du har en videregående uddannelse som cand.merc.-jur., cand.jur., cand.merc.aud. eller lignende. Du har arbejdet med skat på et niveau, hvor du hurtigt kan identificere de væsentlige skattemæssige problemstillinger. Du er teknisk skarp og kommunikerer let og forståeligt. Du opsøger og opbygger relationer på tværs af afdelinger og faglighed og kan lide at kommunikere og sparre. Du evner både at indgå i fællesskaber om projekter med kollegaer og at løfte opgaver alene – begge dele med den nødvendige opbakning fra din leder. Du er erfaren IT-bruger, gerne med et godt kendskab til Excel og mestrer engelsk til arbejdsbrug. Og så har du et godt humør og en positiv indstilling.
