About the JobWe are looking for a part-time Night Receptionist (30 hours per week) to join our dedicated Front Office team at Hotel Crowne Plaza. We are committed to providing outstanding service while embracing sustainability in every aspect of our operations.
You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless guest experience while also supporting our eco-friendly initiatives.
Your Responsibilities- Welcome guests, handle check-in and check-out procedures with professionalism.
- Respond to guest inquiries and concerns, ensuring high-quality service throughout their stay.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment, including monitoring security cameras.
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing and data entry.
- Prepare daily reports and provide a detailed handover to the morning team.
- Support sustainability initiatives, such as reducing energy consumption and waste during night operations.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
- Adhere to brand standards and quality assurance expectations.
- You handle stressful situations with composure and professionalism.
- You work with precision and have a keen eye for detail.
- You are dynamic, independent, and capable of making decisions on your own.
- You are outgoing, accommodating, and a team player who supports colleagues across departments.
- Experience with the Opera system, strong IT skills, and knowledge of booking system are advantageous.
- A driver's license is a plus.
