Responsibilities
  • Commercially responsible for defined project packages typically ranging from DKK 5 mio. to several hundred million on a single contract.
  • Planning and conducting tenders.
  • Negotiating with suppliers and closing contracts with both Danish and international suppliers.
  • Conducting contract management during execution of the contract.
  • Ensuring progress reporting and contract management to secure smooth execution.
  • Engaging in close cooperation and alignment with stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Visiting customer and construction sites, contributing to a versatile work life.
  • Implementing cross-departmental tracks and process optimization initiatives.
Required Skills
  • Education within Architectural Technology, Construction Management, Supply Chain, Business Law, or the Engineering discipline.
  • Ideally, you have experience from a project organization working within construction.
  • You have experience working for/with contractors on-site and know your AB18.
  • You speak and write Danish and English fluently.
Preferred Skills
