Join Cloud Factory as our new Digital Marketing Manager and drive the effort of our performance marketing across digital channels.

You’ll take a leading role on our paid advertising, such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other channels, and create high-impact content, all while working closely with a dedicated marketing team.

Your practical experience and results in B2B performance marketing will help us generate leads, optimize campaigns, and ensure the effective use of our marketing budgets.

Your responsibilities:

Paid advertising: You are skilled in developing and improving B2B campaigns, ad structure, ad copy, and targeting on LinkedIn, Google Ads and other paid media platforms that drives results.

Website optimization and SEO: You know how to develop and execute strategies for B2B landing pages and content that attracts potential customers and improves conversion rates.

Campaign analysis: You track KPIs, follow up on plans, use data to adjust campaigns, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

Agency coordination: You ensure smooth collaboration and effective follow-up with our marketing agencies.

Local and global marketing: You coordinate global initiatives and help adapt them to local markets, working closely with our colleagues in each country.

Ad hoc marketing : You are flexible and able to handle marketing tasks and initiatives as they arise. Whether it’s supporting a new product launch, helping setup a webinar, or completing urgent marketing needs, you execute effectively.

As Digital Marketing Manager, you will be a key member of our marketing team of 3 people in HQ. You will also collaborate with our local marketing anchor points across our markets (DK, NO, SE, NL) and lead digital marketing campaigns from our office in Esbjerg.

We expect that you:
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, particularly in B2B paid advertising.
  • Hold a relevant degree in marketing, communications, or a similar field. However, experience and skills matter more than formal education.
  • Are proactive, curious, and love diving deep into data and marketing strategies.
  • Understand business models and have the ability to execute – ideas are great, but action drives results.
  • Can work in teams and independently, in a structured manner, and are comfortable analyzing and adjusting campaigns based on KPIs.
