How to contribute to our vision
As an Operational Safety Manager within Service Industrialization, you will be a part of the Global Resource Management team with the responsibility to proactively drive the Safety performance on a portfolio level across regions. Your role will be the link between the project sites and back-office in safety related matters:

The key tasks will be:

  • Follow up and ensure the implementation of safety alerts & safety awareness released from engineering across the Onshore project portfolio.
  • Facilitate an improved safety culture via the Global Site Resources and key site resources on the onshore projects.
  • Participate in the relevant safety forums to provide operational feedback and continuous improvement ideas from the onshore projects.
  • Act as an operational link between the projects and global safety campaigns.
  • Monitor and follow up on the safety incidents registered in Enablon.

What do you need to make a difference?
Besides a passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance of leading the change, we are also looking for candidates with the following skills:

  • Operational experience from the Wind Industry.
  • Experience within Safe Systems for Work and Control of Hazardous Energy from the Wind Industry.
  • You are a team player with excellent communication skills and an innovative mindset, with the ability to work independently.
  • You can bring transparency and a drive to a complex safety situation ensuring constant focus on improving the safety performance across the onshore project portfolio.
  • You are comfortable with a diverse set of tasks, working both on long-term projects and short deadlines.

The expectation is regular travels to project sites and regions – approx. 40 – 60 days yearly.

You should thrive in a multi-cultural environment with a global perspective. It is therefore important that you have excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
