Som Solution Consultant vil du arbejde tæt sammen med vores salgsteam og yde support under salgsprocessen. Senere, som en del af systemimplementeringen, vil du konfigurere detail- og restaurantsystemet til at understøtte kundens forretning samt vejlede, træne og støtte dem. Hvis det bliver nødvendigt, vil du få mulighed for at rejse til kundens lokation. Gennem løbende service får du ansvaret for kundernes daglige systemrelaterede spørgsmål og problemer.

En Solution Consultants arbejde involverer meget kundekontakt. Jobbet er tempofyldt, skaber hurtige resultater og er alsidigt. Din arbejdsdag vil omfatte opgaver relateret til implementering, projekter, kundesupport og undersøgelse af observationer som kunderne indrapporterer. Derudover vil du være ansvarlig for at informere kunderne om opdateringer og formidle anden vigtig information.

For at trives i denne rolle skal du have en selvstændig arbejdsstil og proaktive problemløsningsevner. Tidligere erfaring inden for IT eller interesse for IT er afgørende for at trives i stillingen. Produktteamet tilbyder en bred vifte af forskellige opgaver, og du vil naturligvis få den nødvendige støtte og træning.

Vi værdsætter følgende egenskaber hos dig:

  • Tidligere erhvervserfaring inden for enten detail- eller restaurationsmiljøer. Du er bekendt med detail- eller restaurationsbranchens forretningsprocesser som kundeservice, salg, betaling, lager- og ordrebehandling.
  • Du har erfaring med POS- eller butikssystemer.
  • Du har kreative og vedholdende problemløsningsevner.
  • Du besidder en konsulentorienteret tilgang til at løse kundernes mulige IT-problemer i implementeringssituationer.
  • Du er løsningsorienteret, venlig og kommunikerer klart.
  • Du har en passion for udvikling og har lyst til at sætte dig ind i forskellige fagområder og arbejdsopgaver.
  • Du evner at arbejde selvstændigt samt at samarbejde problemfrit med kunder og kollegaer.
  • Du er flydende i dansk, både skriftligt og mundtligt. Du kan også begå dig på engelsk.
  • Du er ikke bange for udfordringer og er agil i din arbejdsstil, ligesom os.
