Business Operations er kendetegnet ved et stort engagement og hjælper altid hinanden for at opnå de bedste resultater. I tæt samarbejde med dine kolleger, vil du få en afgørende rolle i at definere og levere værdiskabende arbejdsmiljø- og miljøopgaver til glæde for Rambølls medarbejdere i Danmark.

Som vores nye HSE Manager, vil du være med til at drive og optimere det interne arbejdsmiljø- og miljøarbejde samt varetage den daglige fagledelse af HSE-gruppen. For at lykkes i rollen skal du være kulturbærende og kunne promovere et sikkert og sundt arbejdsmiljø på alle vores kontorer i Danmark. Du skal have en procesforståelse, hvor du naturligt implementerer lovgivning i den daglige praksis, samt have fokus på de største risikoelementer og kunne sætte ind, hvor det giver størst værdi.

Dine primære ansvarsområder vil være:

  • Overordnet ansvar for arbejdsmiljø og miljø i Rambøll Danmark
  • Vedligeholde vores miljø- og arbejdsmiljøledelsessystem i Danmark
  • Være 'chair' for vores arbejdsmiljøorganisation (HSE-organisation)
  • Onboarding af nye medarbejdere
  • Vurdere ændringer/projekter, der kan påvirke miljøet og/eller arbejdsmiljøet for vores kollegaer
  • Overvåge og evaluere lovmedholdenhed i forhold til ny og ændret arbejdsmiljø- og miljølovgivning via databaseløsning med lovlister og krav
  • Vedligeholde vores kemidatabase med kemilister, sikkerhedsdatablade, kemiske APV'er og arbejdsinstruktioner
  • Kontakt med vores eksterne auditor ifbm. årlige auditeringer jf. ISO 9001, 14001 og 45001 samt myndigheder

Om dig:

  • Specialistkendskab til arbejdsmiljølovgivningen og gerne miljølovgivningen herunder praktisk erfaring med implementering og anvendelse af reglerne
  • Formå at arbejde selvstændigt med faglige emner og udfordringer
  • Gode samarbejdsevner og formår at arbejde strategisk med mange forskellige interessenter, hvor den gode løsning er i fokus
  • Erhvervserfaring (mindst 5 år) indenfor industri, rådgivende ingeniørvirksomhed, bygherrerådgivning el.lign. med håndtering af internt arbejdsmiljø og miljø
  • Kendskab til gængse værktøjer som f.eks. APV og risikovurdering
  • Kendskab til systematisk arbejde med arbejdsmiljø og miljø jf. ledelsesprincipperne i ISO 45001 og ISO 14001
  • Flydende dansk og gode kommunikationsevner på engelsk
