CRM Specialist

This is a re-post of an earlier job posting for a Senior CRM Specialist. As we have not yet found the right candidate for this position, we have decided to broaden our search by adjusting the role and lowering some of the experience requirements.

Would you like to be our new CRM Specialist in Miinto Marketing? We are looking for a CRM professional who has +2 years of e-mail marketing experience and the hunger to play a big part in Miinto’s technical CRM solutions, our quality assessment of sendouts (both manual and automated) and also in the way we report on our Customer Marketing Performance. You get excited by the nitty gritty, the technical aspects, by driving results, tracking performance and at the same time, you have an interest in communication, and would like to create hyper-relevant experiences through email marketing to over 1 million subscribers across 12 markets.

It's a unique opportunity to step directly into a fundamental role at Miinto, where you will get a lot of responsibility from day one. You will get hands-on, you will play a big part in our strategic decisions and you’ll be analysing solutions, performance and opportunities. You will work in detail with email and SMS marketing, by joining an international e-commerce business environment. Furthermore, there is a possibility to grow the role into getting managerial experience - based on your past experience and seniority.

The position is stationed in our HQ in Copenhagen and will be reporting to our Head of Customer Marketing.

What you will do:
  • Drive revenue and profit from our email and SMS permission base in 12 markets
  • Be a go-to person for all technical CRM efforts
  • Be a contact-person to our CRM software provider, Agillic
  • Developing, building and maintaining automated email and sms flows in our CRM platform Agillic
  • Performance analysis and reporting
  • Develop, build and optimise scalable solutions for our SMS and email campaign sendouts through cross team collaboration
  • Maintain and secure a smooth CRM platform
  • Manage our target groups in our CRM platform Agillic
  • Run a/b tests to optimise our CRM and campaign performance
What we’re looking for:
  • +2 years experience with email marketing and CRM systems (Agillic would be a great plus)
  • You have technical flair and can play a big part in our CRM solutions
  • You are performance driven and analytical - and have experience in reporting on performance
  • You have experience in developing and maintaining automated flows
  • Structured way of working with attention to detail
  • Self-starter with the ability to initiate and execute innovative ideas
