At DynaCap, we are seeking a People & Culture Associate to join our team. You will play an important role in supporting the building of our TA, People & Culture team with talent acquisition, onboarding, and various well-being and engagement initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing, identifying, screening, and building talent pipelines for various roles, contributing to a successful recruitment process.
  • Support the execution of seamless onboarding and reboarding workflows that create exceptional employee experiences.
  • Help plan and organize career events, internal workshops, training, and social gatherings to promote engagement and a strong company culture.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives that enhance our reputation as a top workplace for ambitious and talented professionals.
  • Assist with IT systems workflows, reporting, and presentations related to HR data and key metrics.

Ideally you

  • Are pursuing a relevant degree (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or Business Law) in your final year of a bachelor’s or first year of a master’s program.
  • Have 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR administration, Business Law, or related roles.
  • Thrive in a dynamic, collaborative workplace where you can take on responsibility.
  • Have excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Are proactive, adaptable, and driven to make a meaningful impact in a growing company.
  • Work independently but also thrive as part of a team with shared goals.
  • Are fluent in both written and spoken Danish and English, with excellent communication skills.
  • It is an advantage if you have theoretical and/or practical experience with Employment Law.
